1. Scope and responsibility
Endeavour Flight Training, Inc. is responsible for the personal information handled through this website, admissions inquiries and MyEndeavour. This notice explains those activities. Separate enrollment, training, employment, payment or regulatory processes may require additional information and notices. External services operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we receive
Inquiry forms collect the fields you complete, such as your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, applicant role, training interests, flight experience, country, preferred response channel and optional email-marketing choice. We also receive messages and correspondence you send. Older inquiries may contain financing or international-student preferences collected by earlier form versions. Member features may process account and profile information, access requests, activity and content you choose to post. Technical information can include IP address, browser/device information, visited pages, timestamps and cookie or similar identifiers used by the site and its providers.

3. How information is used
We use inquiry information to answer questions, prepare requested training guidance and manage follow-up. Member information supports approved access, community features, security and administration. We also use information to operate and maintain the site, prevent spam and misuse, keep necessary records and comply with applicable obligations. Optional marketing email is a separate choice. Providing a phone number or selecting a response channel does not authorize unrelated advertising, automated marketing calls or SMS/WhatsApp campaigns. Where a law requires a lawful basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, including responding to your requested pre-contract steps, performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent where required.

4. Communications and your choices
Our admissions form lets you choose email, a phone call or WhatsApp for a response. Supplying a number is optional when you prefer email. The email-marketing checkbox is optional and not selected by default; requesting information or purchasing does not depend on subscribing. Withdraw an email subscription using the unsubscribe link or contact info@e-flighttraining.com. You may also ask us to change your response channel or stop follow-up. Necessary account, security or service communications may still be sent where appropriate. If you choose WhatsApp or follow its link, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Providers and disclosures
The site runs on Wix, including hosting, forms, contact records, member features and related administration. Inquiry notifications are sent to authorized school personnel. Service providers may process information to operate hosting, security, communications and consent tools on our behalf. Usercentrics for Wix supports cookie-consent management. Embedded content and external services may receive technical information when loaded or used. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Posting in a member community makes that content available according to the community's audience and permissions; do not post information you are not authorized to share.

6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site and its providers use technologies for essential functions such as security, sessions, form protection and member access. Optional technologies may support preferences, measurement, embedded content or marketing. The consent interface identifies available categories and lets you accept, reject or adjust non-essential choices and later revisit them. Essential technologies needed for the requested service may remain active. Your browser also offers cookie controls; blocking essential cookies can affect functionality. The availability of an external link does not by itself mean its tracking runs on this site. Cookie choices and email subscriptions are independent. Contact us if a consent control is unavailable or does not work as expected.

7. Retention, security and international processing
We retain information for the purpose it was collected and for a necessary period afterward, considering ongoing inquiries or training relationships, account status, consent records, applicable recordkeeping duties, disputes and security needs. Information no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. You may request deletion; we will explain any applicable exception. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and providers with a business need. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Wix and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries; applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the service and relevant law.

8. Privacy requests
Email info@e-flighttraining.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, or a change to communication preferences. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, portability, opt out of particular uses or appeal a decision. We will assess requests under applicable law, verify identity proportionately and explain any denial or retention exception. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information in your initial request; we will explain a suitable verification method if needed. Where applicable, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority. Exercising a privacy right will not be a reason for unlawful discrimination.

9. Children, sensitive data and photographs
General inquiry forms are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian should contact us for anyone under 18 using the adult's contact details. Do not submit a child's personal details, passports, medical records, government identifiers or full payment-card details through these forms. If information from a child under 13 is collected inadvertently, contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by applicable law. Any program that collects children's information directly must use an appropriate parental-notice and consent process before that collection. Participation does not authorize promotional use of a person's photograph or testimonial; that requires separate permission.

10. Updates and language
We update this notice when practices change and identify the version by the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
