1. Scope and service agreements
These terms govern use of our website and MyEndeavour. A contact form, training-plan request or inquiry does not enroll a student, reserve an aircraft, confirm an event or create a training agreement. Enrollment, aircraft rental and paid services require confirmation and the applicable written agreement. Specific terms accepted for a service control that service if they conflict with these website terms, subject to mandatory law.

2. Programs, eligibility and rates
Program descriptions and cost or duration estimates are informational. Training depends on individual progress, applicable requirements, weather and availability. We do not guarantee a certificate, rating, examination result, job, financing approval, visa or immigration outcome. Confirm current aircraft and instructor rates, taxes, surcharges, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule in a written quote before committing. Displayed estimates are not a fixed-price training contract. Changes to future rates do not retroactively change an accepted agreement.

3. Scheduling and safety
Flights and activities depend on weather, maintenance, aircraft and instructor availability, participant eligibility and applicable safety requirements. The school or responsible instructor may postpone or stop an activity for safety or regulatory reasons. Never depart, continue a flight or disregard an instructor's safety decision to avoid a cancellation charge. Contact the school directly for time-sensitive changes; a website inquiry alone does not confirm a schedule change.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
Notify the school as soon as you cannot attend, identifying your name and scheduled activity. Cancellation deadlines, deposits, late-cancellation and no-show charges apply only when disclosed in the applicable written service terms and accepted before booking or payment. This website does not create a universal cancellation or no-show fee. A no-show does not automatically forfeit an entire training balance. Where no specific policy was agreed, contact us to review the unused service and available rescheduling or refund options under the agreement and applicable law. School-initiated and safety-related cancellations must be distinguished from customer cancellations when reviewing charges.

5. Payments and refunds
A deposit, prepaid training balance and completed service are different items. Refund review considers the accepted agreement, services actually delivered, documented charges agreed in advance and mandatory consumer rights. Contact info@e-flighttraining.com with the booking or payment reference and the service concerned; do not email full card details. We will provide an explanation of the calculation and any proposed deduction. No blanket non-refundable condition or processing fee is imposed by these website terms. Any approved refund uses the original payment method where practicable; processing time depends on the payment provider. These terms do not limit statutory refund or payment-dispute rights.

6. Minors and admissions documents
A parent or legal guardian should make inquiries for anyone under 18 and complete any required enrollment or activity authorizations. Do not submit passports, medical records, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through general inquiry forms. The school will explain the appropriate document process if needed. A form submission does not establish eligibility for training, financing or immigration documentation.

7. MyEndeavour, community and instructor resources
Membership and restricted resources require administrative approval or invitation. Access to instructor material is limited to users authorized for that role. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate others, harass users, upload unlawful material, expose another person's private information or redistribute restricted manuals. We may restrict access or remove content that violates these rules or threatens security, while respecting applicable law and separate service agreements. You retain rights to your own content and give us permission to display it within the service you chose and to moderate it. Public promotional use of your image or testimonial requires separate permission.

8. Materials and external services
Website content and manuals remain the property of their respective owners. Use them only within your authorization. Resources support training; they do not replace current regulations, applicable aircraft manuals, approved procedures, required instruction or operational judgment. Check the revision and applicability of each document. External websites, WhatsApp, financing providers and other services have their own terms and privacy practices; linking does not guarantee their availability or results.

9. Privacy, lawful use and concerns
Our Privacy Policy explains website data practices. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing; any optional email subscription is separate. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or upload malicious content. Report errors or disputes to info@e-flighttraining.com so we can investigate. These terms add no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or release of aviation liability, and do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and any valid separate agreement govern matters not resolved here.

10. Changes and language
The update date identifies this version. Changes apply prospectively when posted; separate accepted service agreements are not amended merely by changing this page. We will provide additional notice when required. English and Spanish versions are provided for accessibility and are intended to be consistent; contact us about any discrepancy before relying on it. Mandatory legal protections take priority.
